Mr. Burton concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and securities laws matters, principally for privately held, emerging technology companies.  He has a broad based corporate and securities law experience, including corporate and partnership planning, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private securities transactions.  He has represented numerous emerging technology companies, and investors in such companies, in seed capital and venture capital transactions as well as initial public offerings.
