Haynes and Boone’s Larry Finder Honored by the Federal Judiciary and Federal Bar Association

HOUSTON – Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Larry Finder has been honored by the federal judiciary and Federal Bar Association for his contribution to the administration of justice after being appointed to investigate and prosecute a U.S. Justice Department complaint filed against a sitting U.S. District Judge from New Orleans.

Along with another former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District, Ron Woods, Mr. Finder was appointed by Chief Judge Edith Jones of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit to the case of Louisiana federal district judge G. Thomas Porteous, Jr. >>




Government Civil Investigations

Our antitrust and competition attorneys have extensive experience in representing clients in a wide variety of government civil investigations. We appear before the Antitrust Division and Federal Trade Commission on behalf of our clients on a regular basis. We also have a national and international complex civil litigation practice which includes an active docket of cases in federal and state courts.

Recent representations have involved diverse industries such as media and entertainment, telecommunications, technology and e-commerce, energy and investment funds.
