The Moscow office operates as part of our team of Russia and the CIS/FSU Practice members based in the Western offices of the firm. Most recently, we represented a large U.S. oilfield services company in an acquisition of several Russian services companies.
Our Moscow office is staffed by lawyers fluent in Russian and English, and is supported by the wealth of experience firm-wide in representing both Russian and foreign clients that are seeking to start or expand their business in Russia.
We have counseled Russian and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions, structuring of business arrangements and accessing capital markets to take advantage of new opportunities, in a wide range of industries, including the oil and gas sector, base industry and machine-building, and high technology.
