Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Roger Royse has been named to The American Lawyer’s 2022 list of West Trailblazers.
The publication cited Roger’s leadership in AgTech in naming him to the Trailblazer list, which spotlights a handful of individuals in the Western U.S. whom The American Lawyer considers agents of change in the law.
Roger and other 2022 trailblazers will be profiled in the August/September issue of the magazine.
Roger, a partner in Haynes Boone’s Palo Alto office, practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, domestic and international tax, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation. He works with companies ranging from newly formed tech startups to publicly traded multinationals in a variety of industries.
