Rafael Anchia Named an Extraordinary Minority in Texas Law

It’s impossible to know how many votes Barack Obama received because of state Rep. Rafael Anchía, but the impact of this Haynes and Boone corporate partner and Dallas lawyer-legislator on the president’s successful campaign is nevertheless significant, says Texas Lawyer.
The Tulane University Law School graduate and former Dallas Independent School District board of trustees member, has represented District 103 in the Texas House since 2001.
